Une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par l\u2019Agence Nationale de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019habitat <b>(ANAH)<\/b> estime que parmi ces personnes, <b>85%<\/b> veulent demeurer chez elles le plus longtemps possible. Cependant, le nombre de chutes et d\u2019accidents \u00e0 domicile se multiplient. Ainsi, chaque ann\u00e9e, <b>450 000<\/b> personnes de plus de <b>65 ans<\/b> chutent \u00e0 domicile et <b>10 000<\/b> d\u2019entre elles s\u2019av\u00e8rent \u00eatre <b>mortelles<\/b>. Enfin, en 2023, seulement <b>6%<\/b> des logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9s. <br \/>Dans la logique de limiter les risques de chutes et de blessures, le gouvernement a mis en place cette nouvelle aide. Le but : r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 adapter <b>500 000<\/b> logements d\u2019ici <b>2027<\/b>.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainsi, l&rsquo;objectif de l&rsquo;aide est <b>d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le confort<\/b> des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es ou \u00e0 mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite en renfor\u00e7ant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre chez soi. MaPrimeAdapt&rsquo; vise \u00e0 <b>r\u00e9duire tous les risques de chutes ou de blessures dans son environnement de vie<\/b> et ainsi maintenir l&rsquo;autonomie et l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance de tous \u00e0 domicile.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section class=\"s-bl\"><b>70%<\/b><\/span>\u00a0du montant des travaux hors taxes pour les personnes \u00e0 <strong>revenu modeste \u00e0 tr\u00e8s modeste<\/strong>, avec un plafond de <strong>22\u00a0<span id=\"42\" class=\"s-bl\">000\u20ac<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0de projet et de <strong>15 4<span id=\"43\" class=\"s-bl\">00\u20ac<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0d\u2019aides octroy\u00e9s.<\/span><span id=\"p35\"><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"p37\">L\u2019aide\u00a0<span id=\"44\" class=\"s-rg\">MaPrimeAdapt<\/span>\u2019 est \u00e9galement cumulable avec <strong>les aides locales et d\u00e9partementales<\/strong> tel que l\u2019<strong>Allocation Personnalis\u00e9e d&rsquo;Autonomie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F10009\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(APA)<\/a><\/strong>, la <strong><span id=\"45\" class=\"s-rg\">Prestation de Compensation du Handicap <a href=\"https:\/\/www.service-public.fr\/particuliers\/vosdroits\/F14202\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(PCH)<\/a><\/span><\/strong> ou <strong>l&rsquo;<span id=\"p36\">Allocation aux justify;\">Les personnes \u00e9ligibles au dispositif :<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>Les personnes en situation de handicap, de moins de 60 ans, avec un <strong>taux d\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de 50% ou plus ou b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de la PCH.<\/strong><\/li><li>Les personnes <strong>\u00e2g\u00e9es de 70 ans ou plus.<\/strong><\/li><li>Les personnes <strong>\u00e2g\u00e9es de 60 \u00e0 69 ans en situation de perte d\u2019autonomie sous condition de GIR 1 \u00e0 6.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elles doivent:<\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Avoir des revenus modestes \u00e0 tr\u00e8s modestes.<\/strong><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R\u00e9sider en France m\u00e9tropolitaine ou en Outre-mer.<\/strong><\/li><li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00catre propri\u00e9taire de son logement ou locataire du parc priv\u00e9.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #212529;\"><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\"><b>Le logement \u00e0 adapter doit avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 construit depuis au moins 15 class=\"s-rg\">AMO<\/span>\u00a0effectue une visite \u00e0 domicile pour \u00e9tablir un diagnostic autonomie logement et se porte garant du projet ainsi que de sa continuit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p
