Le proche aidant doit \u00eatre\u00a0:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: justify;\"><li>Le partenaire (conjoint, \u00e9poux ou partenaire b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant du PACS) de la personne aid\u00e9e.<\/li><li>Le parent ou l\u2019enfant de la personne aid\u00e9e ou un proche familial (fr\u00e8re, s\u0153ur, cousin, neveu ou ni\u00e8ce\u2026)<\/li><li>Une personne r\u00e9sidente dans le m\u00eame logement ou un voisin entretenant des liens \u00e9troits et qui vient souvent en aide \u00e0 la personne n\u00e9cessitant l\u2019aide dans les t\u00e2ches quotidiennes.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le proche aid\u00e9 doit <strong>r\u00e9sider en France<\/strong> de fa\u00e7on stable et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re. Sa dur\u00e9e maximale est de <strong>trois mois<\/strong>, renouvelable dans la limite <strong>d\u2019un an<\/strong> sur l\u2019ensemble de la carri\u00e8re professionnelle de l\u2019aidant.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019AJPA<\/strong> (Allocation journali\u00e8re du proche aidant) permet \u00e9galement d\u2019indemniser le cong\u00e9 de proches aidants \u00e0 hauteur de <strong>66 jours<\/strong>. Cette aide est vers\u00e9e par la <strong>CAF<\/strong> (Caisse d\u2019allocations familiales) ou la <strong>MSA<\/strong> (Mutualit\u00e9 sociale agricole) sur recommand\u00e9e<\/strong>, <strong>un mois avant la date de d\u00e9part en cong\u00e9 envisag\u00e9e<\/strong>, stipulant votre volont\u00e9 de suspendre votre contrat de travail afin de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du cong\u00e9 de proches aidants ainsi que la date souhait\u00e9e de d\u00e9part en cong\u00e9.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voici un mod\u00e8le de <b>lettre
